Poster Analysis 2 - "Kubo and the Two Strings"

I am now going to analyse the poster for "Kubo and the Two Strings", an animated movie from the adventure genre, to see if it shares some of the same conventions as "American Sniper", even though the films are from very different genres.

This film has similar conventions to "American Sniper", regardless of the fact that it belongs to a completely different genre. I found it had an additional convention, which is the web address towards the bottom of the poster underneath the release date.
